Aesthetics isn't everything but it does show when you put in the work and being consistent! Everyone goes through their own journey cause every body type is different from the next. How you digest foods, how you train, how your body reacts to foods, how you handle stress, everyone is different. So don't be too hard on yourself but encourage yourself to keep going 😊
