我有一位奇妙救主，祂的愛情舉世莫如，
深海雖深，祂還要深，高天雖高，祂還要高；

當我至終被提祂前，住在祂所豫備的城，

法律嚴格規定，人們必須適當處理老舊的化學製品空瓶這種有可能的有害物質。
請問in place該怎麼翻譯? 網路上解釋是"在正確的地方, 恰當"
但是in place 是放在governing前面，怎麼翻譯會變成"適當處理老舊化學製品"?
