Layer 1: Cake Base
Apa-apa jenis biskut. Hancurkan. Butter (Salted).
Mampatkan di dasar baking tray.
Layer 2: Cake
1 Tab Wall's Ice Cream Chocolate Almond Fudge
1/2 Tab Tepung All-Purpose
1/4 Butter (Salted)
Chocolate Chip (Ikut nafsu)
Biskut (Hiasan)
Gaulkan. Dan bakar 160 celcius, 25 minit.
Layer 3: Jelly
Agar-agar 5 gram. Air 500 ml. Gula 150 gram.
Masak hingga mendidih. Padam api dan tuang atas hiasan.

アマレットを使った、とろ~りなめらかな大人の杏仁豆腐です
もちろんお酒が苦手ならアマレットなしでもOK
【材料】
・グラニュー糖 45g
・杏仁霜 15g
・牛乳or豆乳 350g
・粉ゼラチン 5g
・水 30g
・生クリーム 150g
・アマレット 15g~
・クコの実 適量
・アマレット 適量
【作り方】
1. 粉ゼラチン5gを水30gで浸しておく
2. 鍋にグラニュー糖45g・杏仁霜15gを混ぜ、牛乳or豆乳350gを加えて溶かし混ぜる
3. 弱めの中火にかけて沸騰直前まで温め、火を止めてゼラチンを溶かし混ぜる(沸騰すると吹きこぼれるので注意)
4. 完全にゼラチンが溶けたら生クリーム150gを加えて混ぜ、アマレット15g~を混ぜる
5. 容器に流し冷蔵庫で冷やし固める(鍋底を冷やして粗熱を取るとグッド)
6. アマレットか水につけて戻しておいたクコの実を(ものによってはさっと茹でてから)トッピングして出来上がり

[Ingredients]
・Granulated sugar 45 g
・Almond powder 15 g
・Milk or soy milk 350 g
・Powdered gelatin 5g
・Water 30 g
・Heavy cream 150 g
・Amaretto 15 g ~
・suitable amount of Chinese wolfberry
・amaretto, as needed
[How to make]
1. Soak 5 g of powdered gelatin in 30 g of water.
2. Mix 45 g of granulated sugar and 15 g of almond powder in a pot. Add 350 g of milk or soy milk and melt it then mix it.
3. Heat it to just before it boils over a weaker medium-heat. Turn the heat off and melt the gelatin and mix it (be careful as it will boil over).
4. When the gelatin has completely melted, add 150 g of fresh cream and mix. Mix 15 g of amaretto.
5. Pour the mixture into a container and chill in the fridge to harden (it's good to cool the bottom of the pot and let it cool).
6. Top it with amaretto or the rehydrated kuko (quickly boil some) and it will be complete.
