And by tapping into that, I was able to continue growing because I loved what I was doing.⁣ ⁣

I was able to grow my YouTube channel to over 3 million subscribers.⁣
⁣
And I have amazing fans like you.⁣ ⁣

It’s all because I chose to do the work I love.⁣ ⁣

That’s what I believe we should all do - you too.⁣ ⁣

However, I believe it’s best to get money out of the way first, so you never have to work again.⁣ ⁣

Once you do that, you can do the work that you love for the rest of your life.

Most people want to invest in real estate.⁣
⁣
And if you asked them why, answers are usually something like:⁣
⁣
“Real estate prices always rise over time.”⁣
⁣
“I can collect rental property on it and people would be paying the place for me.”⁣
⁣
“I can flip it and make a huge profit later on.”⁣
⁣
These are all good reasons. I invest in real estate myself.⁣
⁣
However, there is one problem with that...⁣

You need money. You need capital.⁣
⁣
On top of that, no one tells you about the costs of owning a place.⁣

Who takes care of the costs when something breaks? What happens if the prices drop like they did in 2007-2008? What do you do if a family emergency pops up and you need cash fast?⁣

Now if you ask, Channel 3 or workpoint, who has more profit?
A lot of people might be surprised to say
Channel 3 is now less profit than workpoint..

Since Digital TV has been used, our home tv market like channel 7 AND CHANNEL 3 is starting to shake.

Because there are many new channels to steal the share. The most successful channel won't escape the workpoint channel.

Back in 2547, Workpoint Entertainment Co Ltd. at that time, there was not yet registered on the stock exchange.

In that year, the company had a total income of 876 million baht as a net profit of 206 million baht. and compared to the giant of our home tv industry in the stock exchange. Like Channel 3 has a total income of 6,473 million baht. Profit of 1,602 million baht. I can tell that channel 3 left for many times.

After that, ALL 2 companies were growing by 2556 1 years before digital tv officially started.

Workpoint has a total income of 2,186 million baht for profit of 257 million baht. Company Value 6,813 million baht.

Channel 3 has a total income of 16,637 million baht for profit of 5,589 million baht. Company value 101,000 million baht.

Channel 3 is 15 times bigger than workpoint..

Later, workpoint became a full-time tv station when participating in digital auction at the end of 2556 and got 1 normal clear channels (SD) for 2,355 million baht while channel 3 BID 3 channels. In Total Price of 6,471 million baht.

Workpoint has a total income of 2,270 million baht for profit of 21 million baht. Company Value 11,174 million baht.

Channel 3 has a total income of 16,321 million baht for profit of 4,415 million baht. Company value 102,000 million baht.

Channel 3 has 4.2 million subscribers on Youtube and follow the main page on FACEBOOK ONLY 1 million people.

I’m going to show you and explain each exercise in detail, teach you the correct techniques and also things to avoid doing. You can also do these workouts at home. So if you’re a beginner and you want to start lifting weights, but unsure where or how to start, be sure to watch this video through.


1) Dumbbell Squats
Muscles: Glutes, hamstrings, quads and core.
Weights: Between 5 – 8kgs each or more.


2) Alternate Overhead Lunge
Muscles: Glutes, hamstrings, quads, core & shoulders.
Weights: Between 5 – 8kgs


3) Bent-Over Row
Muscles: Back & Biceps.
Weights: Between 5 – 8kgs


4) Chest Press
Muscles: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps.
Weights: Start with 4 – 6kgs each.


5) Bicep Curl to Shoulder Press
Muscles: Biceps, Shoulders & Triceps.
Weights: Choose something lighter but not too light, between 3 – 5kgs each.


6) Tricep Kickbacks
Muscles: Triceps.
Weights: Go for a lighter weight, between 2 – 4kgs each.


7) Reverse Fly
Muscles: Upper Back & Shoulders.
Weights: Go for lighter weights, between 2 – 3kgs each.


8) Full Extension
Muscles: Upper & Lower Abs.
Weights: Between 4 – 6kgs.


9) Russian Twist
Muscles: Core and Obliques.
Weights: Between 4 – 6kgs.


Perform all 9 exercises as a Total body strength-training workout in about 45 minutes. Follow them in the sequence I’ve laid out in this video. Aim to perform between 12 – 15 repetitions per exercise. If you can do more than 15 reps, then the weights are too light and you need to increase them

If you are an absolute beginner, then complete 2 sets for each exercise before moving on to the next exercise. As you progress, aim to complete between 3 – 4 sets.

If you’re looking to buy dumbbells, as a beginner, I’d recommend buying 2 pairs of dumbbells. One heavier pair, between 5 – 6kgs each and another lighter pair, between 3 – 4kgs each. It’s always better to buy a heavier pair because then you can train and progress into lifting heavier. You don’t have to spend your money on buying really light dumbbells, because you can easily make them at home using water bottles.
