除咗日日努力做運動, 食嗰方面我都好乖, 自己設計咗個 #Paleo 減肥餐單, 好 work 😍
只係1個月就減咗 5.8% Body Fat, 總共3.4kg 脂肪!!!
而家我16% Body Fat, 腹肌開始出嚟啦 - “Can you see me? 👀” 其實要見到腹肌 Percentage Body Fat 一定要夠低, 如果唔係點做core exercise都睇唔到㗎💡
記住Keep fit 係70%飲食, 30%運動, 一齊起行動先至最快最有效㗎!
