近日在讀經典書籍 #1984，當中描述似曾相識，甚有啟示：
極權總希望對人民有全力監控和掌握，不止歷史、言論自由等，而是以致思想。要達至這種程度的手段有很多，例如書中提到嘅全天候影像、聲音監控、經濟操控、思想操控、搵偽君子扮同路人誘使招認、獄中皮肉之苦等等。哩本似是讓人絕望嘅書籍，於我來說卻又帶點希望： // Out of those mighty loins a race of conscious beings must one day come. You were the dead, theirs was the future. But you could share in that future if you kept alive the mind as they kept alive the body, and passed on the secret doctrine that two plus two make four. //
// ..But it was evidence. It might have planted a few doubts here and there, supposing that I’d dared to show it to anybody. I don’t imagine that we can alter anything in our own lifetime. Quán mì vịt tiềm Lương Ký Mì Gia ở chợ Thị Nghè được ông chủ cho biết bán đã được 4 đời và gần 100 năm. Chú chủ quán nói rằng đời ông nội từ Trung Quốc sang cách đây 100 năm đã khởi nghiệp buôn bán.
Ban đầu quán bán điểm tâm như các món mì, hủ tiếu, hoành thánh, sủi cảo. Sau đó, đến đời thứ 3 bán thêm mì vịt tiềm và chuyển sang bán giấc 15 giờ chiều đến tối.
Ở đây quán bán chạy nhất là món mì vịt tiềm với giá 103.000 đồng, có thêm đu đủ muối chua là 105.000 đồng.

Salary duck noodle shop Luong Ky Mi Gia at Thi Nghe market was told by the owner that he has been sold for 4 generations and nearly 100 years. The owner said that his grandfather's life from China came 100 years ago to start a business.
Initially, the restaurant sold breakfast such as noodles, noodles, wonton, dumplings. Then, to the 3rd generation selling more potential duck noodles and switching to sell 15:00 pm to evening.
Here the best-selling restaurant is a pot of duck noodles with a price of 103,000 VND, plus sour sour papaya with 105,000 VND.
