路邊有著不同大大小小的塗鴉，
和文創市集與二手古董店，
而Black Star Pastry在色彩繽紛的地方誕生了，
是非常具有代表性的雪梨甜點
草莓西瓜蛋糕起初是一位廚師為了朋友婚禮所創作，
蛋糕體達克瓦茲與鮮奶油包覆著西瓜，
使蛋糕有著西瓜和草莓的果香以及玫瑰的香味，
夾層西瓜的清爽一併減去奶油的甜膩感。
