歌曲一開始只有吉他伴奏緩和輕唱，之後節奏轉快加入鼓和bass，歌詞也配合節奏快速流動，彷彿掃除大家內心迷茫不安，注入昂揚能量。⠀
這是一首關於內心思想的歌，遇到問題的時候，要思考自己真正想要的，你才是自己人生的主人！下次睡不著的時候，不要數羊啦，去數星星吧！

It's the song in my head whenever my brain is so busy worrying my dreams or my credit card bills.

The beginning of the song sounds soft with the guitar melody, but then the rhythm turns fast, the drums and bass join and the lyrics also flow with the rhythm, as if removing everyone's worries and inspiring whoever listening the song.
Really love the song so next time if you can’t sleep, don’t count the sheep, count the stars!
