Learn how to cook with a U.S. diplomat! AIT/K Deputy Principal Officer Jack Lambert and Community Liaison Officer Sunny Lambert were invited to National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism to demonstrate two famous dishes from America’s diverse cuisine: Shrimp Tacos with Pineapple Salsa and Lentil Soup. Jack and Sunny chatted with students and introduced some of the high points of American style cooking. This is the first event in our Experiencing American Cuisine series.
