而且顏色好難抉擇，乾脆直接包色了這樣😅
聽說明天又會再收到一箱遊戲愛樂園的黏土拼豆兒童手作
不能再手滑下去….. 快被老公剁手指了啦 >_______<“

一直想要做這樣的記錄，但總覺得很多事要做，所以一直沒有製作這樣子的影片，這次終於完整紀錄了我自己一天的飲食，純粹是想分享同時紀錄我自己一天裡吃了什麼 (What I Eat in A Day)。
要特別說一下，這是「我」的飲食、我的習慣，並不是你的飲食，因為每個人體質不同，和個人口味一樣，我喜歡的食物並不代表你也喜歡、也適合你，最好就是找到適合自己、而且你熱愛的飲食習慣。
