材料：
瑪納全雞一隻
各種鮮菇、鹽巴、蔥、蒜頭
作法：
1.全雞退冰後，川燙備用
2.把蒜頭、蔥白爆香，放入全雞及鮮菇，把水加入蓋過雞肉
3.大火水滾後，蓋上鍋蓋，轉小火慢煮40-50分鐘
4.加入一點鹽調味，暖呼呼的雞湯上菜囉!!!
