夜香花枸杞子湯解救眼乾
現代人生活離不開電子屏幕,上班8小時長時間對著電腦,連吃午飯的一小時都離不開電話屏幕,放工後又用電話打機,長時間盯著屏幕,眼睛容易變得疲勞、乾澀、視力減退,尤其陰虛體質人士特別容易乾眼,要提防眼睛患上「初老症」,平日要注意眼睛保健,對著電腦每隔45至60分鐘就應讓眼睛休息5至10分鐘,遠眺戶外景物或閉目養神一下,以及縮短戴隱形眼鏡的時間,都有助保養眼睛健康。
滋陰清熱湯水小貼士:
適當地添加滋陰清熱食材如雪耳、沙參、玉竹、百合、麥冬等。
夜香花枸杞子石斛湯
功效:滋陰清熱,健脾養胃,紓緩因長期對著電腦而產生的眼乾目赤情況。
材料:紅蘿蔔2根、 蘋果1個、夜香花80克(約2兩)、枸杞子15克、石斛10克、蜜棗2枚
做法:
1. 全部材料洗淨,紅蘿蔔、蘋果去皮切塊備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,除了夜香花,放入全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約2小時,加入夜香花多煮10分鐘,加鹽調味即可。

Look at outdoor scenery or close your eyes and shorten the time you wear contact lenses to maintain your eye health.
Tips for soup to nourish yin and clear heat:
Appropriately add in ingredients such as snow fungus, glehnia root, radix ophiopogonis, lily bulbs and radix ophiopogonis.
Dendrobium soup with cordate telosma and wolf berries
Effects: Nourishes yin and clears heat, strengthens the spleen and stomach, alleviates the dry eyes caused by staring at the computer screen for too long.
Ingredients: 2 carrots, 1 apple, 80g cordate telosma, 15g wolf berries, 10g dendrobium, 2 candied dates
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel carrots and apple and cut both into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients except cordate telosma with 2500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hour. Add in cordate telosma and boil for 10 minutes. Add salt to taste.
