新潟五大拉麵系之一的背脂拉麵，如果要我推薦的話，這間「潤」一定是名單之一。
這間的本店在新幹線燕三条站附近，離我們家其實有點兒遠，還要翻過一座山，但是我們曾經有一段時間一個禮拜一定要去吃一次。這幾天它在新潟市東區開了分店，不管什麼時候都是大排長龍，可惜分店只有賣拉麵，本店的品項多很多，驚人的是，每。一。樣。都。好。吃，炒飯更是極品。

粉雪のようなまろやかな鬼背脂ラーメンを堪能！東京都大田区『らーめん潤蒲田店』に再訪してきました。新潟５大ラーメンの一つとして有名な「燕三条背脂ラーメン」が食べられるお店です。新潟五大ラーメンといえば「新潟あっさりラーメン」「長岡生姜醤油ラーメン」「新潟濃厚味噌ラーメン」「三条カレーラーメン 」があります。今回食べた「燕三条背脂ラーメン」の元祖は新潟「杭州飯店」と言われそのラーメンは京都「ますたに」など“背脂チャッチャ系”と呼ばれるラーメンの原型とも言われるそうです。今回は店主の方のお勧めで濃厚でまろやかな背脂と岩海苔がたっぷり入ったラーメンをいただきました。一度食べると病みつきになる豊潤なコクと風味を持つラーメン。UberEatsでのお取り扱いも始めたとのこと。詳しくはお店のHP等でご確認ください！

Enjoy the demon-like lard! I revisited "Ramen Jun Kamata" in Ota-ku, Tokyo. It is a shop where you can eat "Tsubame Sanjo Backfat Ramen" which is famous as one of the 5 major ramen in Niigata. Speaking of Niigata's five major ramen, there are "Niigata light ramen", "Nagaoka ginger soy sauce ramen", "Niigata rich miso ramen" and "Sanjo curry ramen". The originator of the "Tsubame Sanjo backfat ramen" I ate this time is said to be Niigata "Koshuhanten", and the ramen is said to be the prototype of ramen called "backfat chatcha" such as Kyoto "Masutani". This time, at the recommendation of the owner, I had a ramen with rich and mellow backfat and plenty of Iwanori. Ramen with rich richness and flavor that makes you addicted once you eat it.
