眼膜是保養品中的必囤貨之一，做為急救保養也當之無愧。
（但不是隨便買隨便屯）

我目前接觸到的眼膜有三類。
凝膠果凍、微針貼片、一般布膜
目前市面上眼膜很多都是15-20分鐘為一次保養。
但我個人用到現在，還是偏愛可以敷整晚的款式。
最親膚的大概就是凝凍型的眼膜，舒適、輕透。
但很容易滑動，效果一般。

效果最顯著的非微針款，但微針眼膜還是有分材質跟等級，要自帶玻尿酸的微針眼膜才有用。

最好操作對就是布膜材質的，但我覺得它也是最容易踩雷、不適的。
（當然也是有好的啦）

凝凍眼膜很多效果一般，但 @top1mask 卻完全把凝凍的缺點大幅改善。
全日本的製程，眼膜就是精華的特色讓這款眼膜，越敷越有成就感。 不易滑動的特性我其實很佩服，因為他真的很Q很水，剛敷上去會一點點往下滑但扶正後等個1.2分鐘他就死死服貼在要保養的部位，追趕跑跳碰完全不是問題。
敷完乾掉的眼膜再放進熱水中，就會再次溶解成精華液使用，這點完全是我的最愛。

微針眼膜 我首推一定是韓國這款 royalskin效果之好。
小缺點就是肌膚敏感的人 剛開始使用怕會不習慣，因為微針感很重，每次使用前會帶一點刺痛，大概3-5分鐘就好了。也是能敷一整晚。
But 我也有朋友覺得一般般，果然蜜糖毒藥還是因人而異。
有些微針眼膜不是自帶玻尿酸就很容易不服貼效果也減半，這部分真的要慎選品牌。

最後布膜類眼膜，我還沒用過好用的。所以不能有太多評論，反正就是覺得扎眼、不服貼，所以沒有很喜歡。

想要曬黑～！哈哈如果是10年前的我應該無法相信現在的自己會喜歡曬黑的自己。

I don’t know why & when we start to have the concept of lighter skin colour=pretty. But I remembered vividly that one of my ex asked me please don’t go to Australia because that’s the place will get you tanned. Well, now you know why he is an ex.

在我們小的時候總是有那些個性強烈的人掌管著我們的喜好，所以爸爸媽媽常說交友要慎選：這是對的！

Also the 3 months when I lived in Paris and tried to buy some skin care products with those whitening whatever ingredients, I was trying my best with broken french:：「Est-ce que vous avez des produits pour éclaircir la peau?」 (Do you have some products make your skin whiter, lighter? )

They looked at me with stunned face as if they have never being asked this sort of question and asked me what’s the purpose & if I have a proscription from doctors that can show them.

Not to mention in order to have lighter color, I tried taking pills, injecting vitamin B & C, etc…

Funny memories! 😮‍💨

青芒果 vs 黃芒果
夏天到處都見到芒果的蹤影，金黃色澤、軟綿多汁的口感有誰不愛？且慢！有時看到青皮芒果是未熟透嗎？青芒果及黃芒果是兩個品種，青芒果外青內黃，果肉口感較爽脆，味道帶微酸，較適合做沙律、冷盤；而黃芒果果肉軟綿，味道較甜膩，多直接吃或做甜品及飲品。
不少人以為芒果「濕熱」，食材本身不會「濕熱」，「濕熱」是指人體致病的原因及體質；芒果性熱且肥甘黏膩，助濕生痰，故容易令體質偏熱人士增加「濕、熱」症狀，然而芒果有益胃、止嘔、止暈、解渴、利尿的作用，配合體質適量進食就可以享受芒果的滋味了。

芒果 — 性熱，具益胃、止嘔、止暈、解渴、利尿作用。多種原因造成的頭暈皆可食用芒果紓緩症狀；適合慢性氣管炎咳嗽、氣喘患者食用；皮膚敏感及過敏體質患者須謹慎食用。糖尿病患者不宜進食。

Green mango vs Yellow mango
It is not difficult to find shops selling mangoes during summer, and it is an absolute delight to indulge in the sweet and juicy fruit. We often think a green mango is an unripe mango, but that is not always the case.

Green mangoes and yellow mangoes are actually two different varieties. Green mangoes have green skin but yellow flesh. Its flesh is crunchier and more sour in taste, and they are suitable to be used in salad and cold dishes. Yellow mangoes, on the other hand, are softer and sweeter, and they are often used in desserts or consumed directly.

Many people believe mangoes are ‘damp and hot’ in nature, but the term ‘damp heat’ is in fact used to describe the body constitution and the cause of illness. Since mangoes are warm in nature and are sweet and sticky, they can easily cause dampness to accumulate in the body and cause phlegm. Hence, individuals with a heat related body may experience damp heat symptoms.

Nonetheless, mangoes are good for the stomach, can relieve nausea and dizziness, quench thirst, and induce urination. We should be able to enjoy mangoes by consuming an appropriate amount of the fruit based on our body constitution.

Mango - Hot in nature. It can nourish stomach, relieve vomiting and dizziness, relieve thirst and promote diuresis. Dizziness caused by various reasons could be relieved by eating mango. It is suitable for those with chronic bronchitis cough or asthma. Those with skin allergy and sensitive body type should eat less. It is not suitable for diabetic patients.
