神奈川県横浜市・市が尾の有名ラーメン店『麺処 秋もと』にお邪魔してきました！こちらは2015年のオープン当初から地元では有名なお店で、今でも人気を誇っています。何といっても店主の方の経歴が華々しく、熊本ラーメンの老舗「桂花」札幌味噌ラーメンの有名店「純連」の恵比寿店、そして国分寺にある鶏と煮干しで有名な「ムタヒロ」と、いずれも全国的に有名、かつ行列ができる人気店を任されてきた方だそうです！今回は特製鰹醤油つけ麺を頂いてきました！特製は、チャーシューやエビワンタンもたっぷり入ったものになります！ちなみに、今回は頂いていないですが味噌は水・日曜日のみ販売となっています(ない場合もあり)。また、気候にもよりますが3月頃まで提供されるそうですよ！それではお店の様子からぜひご覧ください！

It seems that he has been entrusted with a popular shop that is famous all over the country and can be lined up! This time I got a special bonito soy sauce tsukemen! The special product will be filled with char siu and shrimp wonton! By the way, miso is sold only on Wednesdays and Sundays, but it may not be available. Also, depending on the climate, it will be available until around March! Let's take a look at the store!

今度は「伝説のラーメンショップ」のつけ麺をいただきました！東京都小金井市の『ラーメンショップ椿』にお邪魔しました！初回以来そのおいしさに衝撃を受けた「ラーメンショップ椿」は、ファンの皆さんの間では有名のお店だそう！実際に頂いてみるとバランスがとてもよく美味しかったです！ラーメンショップはFC展開しているラーメン店で本州、四国、九州など全国に300店舗以上お店があるそうです。FC展開なのにメニューや作り方などが各店舗に任されており店ごとの個性が違うのが特色！またラーメンショップは吉村実氏が修行していたことから『家系のルーツ』とも言われます。さて今回は「ラーメンショップ椿」でも人気メニューだという「ネギつけ麺」をいただいて来ました！その味わいは果たして…早速動画をご覧ください！

This time, I got Tsukemen from "Legendary Ramen Shop"! I visited "Ramen Shop Tsubaki" in Koganei City, Tokyo! "Ramen shop Tsubaki", which has been shocked by its deliciousness since the first time, seems to be a famous shop among fans! When I actually got it, the balance was very good and it was delicious!

神奈川県藤沢市、インパクト大の『ボンバ(BOMBA)家』に初訪問！小田急線江ノ島線・相鉄いずみの線・横浜市営地下鉄ブルーライン「湘南台駅」から1分にある『ボンバ家』はその名の通りプロレス好きなオーナーがやられている家系ラーメンのお店で、店名はあのアントニオ猪木さんのテーマソングで有名ですよね…！豚骨からしっかり店で炊いており、濃厚なコクがたまらない魅力です！豚骨醤油以外にも、まぜそばやつけ麺などメニューは幅広く選ぶのも楽しいかもしれません。初訪問ということで今回は基本の豚骨醤油頂きました！それでは早速お店の様子からご覧ください！

First visit to the impactful "BOMBA-ya" in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture! "Bomba-ya", located 1 minute from "Shonandai Station" on the Odakyu Line Enoshima Line, Sotetsu Izumino Line, and Yokohama Municipal Subway Blue Line, is a Iekei ramen shop owned by owners who like professional wrestling. It's famous for that Antonio Inoki's theme song ...! The pork bones are cooked firmly in the store, and the rich richness is irresistible! In addition to pork bone soy sauce, it may be fun to choose a wide range of menus such as mixed soba and tsukemen. As this was my first visit, I had the basic pork bone soy sauce! Let's take a look at the store!
＊Iekei-ramen, is a style of ramen with fatty pork-soy-sauce flavored soup with thick flat noodles. The affiliated ramen houses originating from Yoshimura-ya Ramen in Yokohama! The famous and legendary ramen shop because of the perfect originaly ramen, made from pork born and soy sauce, until then no one made.
