健脾祛濕湯老少皆宜
我們常說飲湯養生,對於癌症病人來說,湯水更是補充營養、增強身體抵抗力的飲食重點之一,因為進行化療會出現口腔潰爛、嘔吐或噁心、便秘或腹瀉等情況,這些情況下飲用容易吞嚥的湯水,既可吸收營養,亦可補充腹瀉時流失的水分,或者幫助大便鬆軟紓緩便秘。湯水宜配合體質,如果不肯定自己和家人屬於哪種體質,建議選用屬性平和的食材煲湯,或者適合痰濕體質人士飲用的湯水,因為從中醫角度來看,痰濁內阻停留是形成腫瘤的原因之一,適量飲用健脾祛濕湯水,亦有助紓緩症狀。
健脾祛濕湯水小貼士:
適當地添加健脾祛濕食材如熟薏米、白扁豆、茯苓、白朮、赤小豆、黃豆等。
木瓜薯仔蓮子花生湯
功效:健脾祛濕,紓緩胃脹、食慾差、食少腹脹等症狀。
材料:熟木瓜1個、薯仔3個、新鮮百合2個、新鮮蓮子80克、陳皮1角、腰果40克、花生30克、無花果3-4枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨;木瓜去皮去籽切大塊,新鮮百合剝成片狀備用,腰果以白鍋炒香備用。
2. 鍋內加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

For cancer patients, soup is one of the dietary keys to supply nutrients and strengthen the body's immunity, as chemotherapy may cause oral ulcers, vomiting, nausea, constipation or diarrhea. In these cases, drinking soup that is easy to swallow can allow the patient's body to absorb nutrients and replenish lost fluids during diarrhea or help soften stools and relieve constipation. You should drink soup according to your body type. If you are not sure which body type that you and your family belong to, it is recommended to choose a soup with mild natured ingredients or soup suitable for people with phlegm and damp body type. Tips for soup to strengthen spleen and dispel dampness:
Appropriately add in ingredients such as coix seed, hyacinth bean, poria, atractylodes rhizome, rice beans, soya bean.
Papaya soup with potato, lotus seed and peanut
Effects: strengthens spleen and dispels dampness, relieves abdominal bloating, poor appetite, abdominal bloating after eating little and other related symptoms
Ingredients: 1 ripened papaya, 3 potatoes, 2 fresh lily bulbs, 80g fresh lotus seeds, 1 dried citrus peel, 40g cashews, 30g peanuts, 3-4 figs
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel and seed papaya and cut into pieces. Separate lily bulbs into small parts. Stir fry cashews without oil in wok until fragrant.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours. Add salt to taste.
