[TAIPEI - ⭐️ 隆鮨/ Sushi Ryu 😋]
台北三大最強鮨處:
能在競爭激烈的台北日料舞台成為三大壽司店之一, 當然不簡單(另外兩家天本和足立在以下連結)。喜歡的不是因為有星, 而是這𥚃的壽司飯和師傅握壽司的水凖。
因為跟朋友談得太投入, 有幾貫壽司隆師傅做好後我沒有馬上吃, 過不久師父便重新再做。很欣賞和認同師傅對壽司溫度的堅持,變了不是他想要的温度必須換。這種專業非常難得。
招聘紹興海膽蝦配搭很好很美味, 但我鐘情的還是這裡的壽司。
朋友下午剛從星加坡帶回來的榴槤班戟作結尾簡直一絕!

It’s absolutely no easy task to be the Top 3 sushi restaurants in the fiercely competitive Japanese cuisine dining scene in Taipei. (The other two Amamoto and Adachi in attached links below).
Not because of the fame in having a Michelin star, the sushi rice and Chef Ryu’s sushi making skill are what attracts me here.
As I was too engaged in conversation with friends, there were a few pieces of sushi I didn’t eat right away and shortly after Chef Ryu replaced them with new ones. I do very much appreciate Chef Ryu’s professionalism and beliefs that if sushi temperature changes, he insists on making new ones to maintain his standard.
The signature yellow wines amaebi was a good combination and tasty though I’m still fond of the sushi here.
The durian pancake brought in fresh from Singapore earlier in the afternoon for dessert was just perfect after a great meal!
