大船の家系ラーメン、食べてきました…！神奈川県鎌倉市『ラーメン壱六家 大船店』に伺いました。JR大船駅から徒歩ですぐの飲食店が並ぶエリアにあります。磯子本店をはじめ伺ったことのある大和店、上大岡店など数店舗を構える家系ラーメン店です。同じ系列であってもお店ごとに味が違うのが家系ラーメンの魅力。今回初の訪問となる「大船店」。楽しみに伺いましたので早速ご覧ください！

I've eaten Ofuna's iekei ramen ...! He visited "Ramen Ichirokuya Ofuna" in Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It is located in an area lined with restaurants just a short walk from JR Ofuna Station. It is a iekei ramen shop with several stores such as the Isogo main store, the Yamato store that I have visited, and the Kamiooka store. The appeal of Iekei Ramen is that the taste of each restaurant is different, even if they are of the same type. This is the first visit to the Ofuna store. I'm looking forward to it, so please have a look!

「電車でふらっと寄れる家系ラーメン店の一覧があれば便利だな…」と思い立ち、今回は【横浜市営地下鉄ブルーライン&グリーンライン沿線の家系ラーメン店】の中でこれまでマコが行ったお店をまとめました！沿線全42駅*のうち、まずは「湘南台駅」から「伊勢佐木長者町駅」の区間でこれまでうかがった12店**を一気にご紹介します！各店舗の様子をもっと詳しくご覧になりたい場合は、個別に紹介した過去動画もぜひご覧ください。なお、この区間内で他にもオススメのお店がありましたら、ご紹介いただけたら嬉しいです！今後の参考にさせて頂きます！

*両方の線の駅があるセンター北・センター南駅をまとめると全40駅
** 動画中、すずき家下永谷店を「上永谷駅」からの徒歩圏内としてご紹介しています。
実際の最寄り駅としては「下永谷駅」と紹介されている場合が多いですが、今回のまとめ方はあくまで主観によるものであり、この動画内では同じ街道沿いにほぼ並んでいる本牧家、環2家と同じ「上永谷駅グループ」としてご紹介させて頂きました。

Of the 42 stations * along the line, we will first introduce the 12 stores ** that we have visited so far in the section from "Shonandai Station" to "Isezaki Chojamachi Station"! If you would like to see the state of each store in more detail, please also see the past videos introduced individually. If you have any other recommended shops in this section, I would be grateful if you could introduce them! I will use it as a reference in the future!
* A total of 40 stations, including Center-Kita and Center-Minami stations, which have stations on both lines
** In the video, the Suzuki-ya Shimonagaya store is introduced as within walking distance from "Kaminagaya station".
The actual nearest station is often referred to as "Shimonagaya Station", but this summary is subjective to the last, and in this video, the Honmoku-ya, Kanni-ya who are almost lined up along the same highway. We introduced it as the same "Kaminagaya Station Group" as the house.

家系激戦区の家系ラーメン店へ！横浜近辺の家系ラーメンを巡る、ということで今回は神奈川県横浜市、下永谷の『すずき家』に伺いました。子安に本店がある『すずき家』のある下永谷は近くに「環２家」「本牧家」など家系の名だたるお店がある激戦区です。壱六家出身のお店、ということで、ラーメンに入るウズラの卵やバラ肉をロール状に巻いた渦巻き模様の炙りチャーシューからもその面影を感じました。やはりいつ伺っても同じ味が味わえる安定感、が壱系店の醍醐味なのかもしれません。それでは、初訪問のお店の様子、ご覧ください！

To a Iekei-ramen shop in a family battleground! This time, I visited "Suzuki-ya” in Shimo-Nagaya, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. Shimo-Nagatani, home to the "Suzuki-ya” with its main store in Koyasu, is a fierce battlefield with famous stores of family lines such as "Kan-ni-ya” and "Honmoku-ya”. Because it was a restaurant from the Ichiroku-ya, I could feel the impression from the spiral roasted char siu that rolled quail eggs and rose meat into ramen. After all, the sense of stability that you can taste the same taste whenever you visit it may be the real pleasure of the Ichi-kei. Then, look at the state of the first visit shop!
＊Iekei-ramen, is a style of ramen with fatty pork-soy-sauce flavored soup with thick flat noodles. The affiliated ramen houses originating from Yoshimura-ya Ramen in Yokohama! The famous and legendary ramen shop because of the perfect originaly ramen, made from pork born and soy sauce, until then no one made.
