There are many ways to do our part including bringing our own shopping bags, refusing bottled water, using our own utensils and containers for take-out, and more.
I myself still couldn’t go completely plastic-free. There are some things at home that still came in plastic packaging. The occasional online purchase bestowed bubble wraps. Even so, my mom and I do whatever we can by being responsible with wastes and recycling everything that's recyclable. It’s a good routine, and it doesn’t have to be just for July alone, but for some it's definitely a great start.
So here's having fun with those bubble wraps before they go into the recycling bin. A silly version of my song Breathe, about plastic pollution having a direct and deadly effect on marine wildlife, it features (when you see it) my mom's handwriting.
