【酒香蜆肉肉碎飯｜明火煮飯神器初體驗?】
「一鑊熟」的確難以煮出一道美味的菜式。因為不同材料理應使用相應的手法去處理，才能做出口味豐富的食物。所以近年的電飯煲料理，我也只可以一笑置之～（但主要的原因是我家中根本就沒有電飯煲?）
電飯煲，就那麽只能煮飯的一個電器，對我毫無吸引力！而且我經常也只是一個人吃飯，煮得太多，吃幾天也吃不完，更別說吃隔夜飯時吃出的那份孤單感... 這麼浪費食物和心神的東西，真的不太合適我。
不過近期使用了一個煮飯神器，可於明火爐頭上直接使用，火候完全盡在掌握之中。自私煮一人份量亦沒有問題，在煮飯過程中任何時間亦可以加入配料，做出屬於自己的創意新口味～
今次就讓我示範一道「酒香蜆肉肉碎飯」吧！香濃惹味，方便快捷，有時候美味的菜式也可以很簡單！

近年很多網店和咖啡店也打着售賣手工Bagel的旗號～ 我亦慕名光顧不少「名店」，當中好壞參半！
