From a Tiramisu to an Opera
Finally I completed this cake course, it was the last lession today, and I got a certificate.
There are lots of rooms to be improved, but I hv to say I MADE IT! I still remember those days which I started making cakes by reading books of Tony Wong (one of my idol) but I failed in the first and the second trial of a tiramisu cake, It was a disaster. The cakes tasted really good as they were from a good recipe, however, I didn’t know why all the lady fingers were floating on top of the tiramisu, they supposed to look like a pc of art (same as the photo) to impress my husband, but in fact they looked like a pc of shit. These were history from years ago before I started my notes in FB.
I m proud of myself that I hv the passion in these years, I learnt a lot in cakes and breads which now I can send them as a gift to my friend ma or family. I can’t say that I m good at making cakes now, but at least I knew sth abt it.

最後我完成了這個蛋糕課程,這是今天的最後一個課程,我拿到了一張證書。雖然我仍有很多空間需要改進,但我想說:「我做到了! 」
還記得我開始通過閱讀Tony Wong (我的偶像之一)的書籍開始製作蛋糕的那些日子,但是我在提拉米蘇蛋糕的第一次和第二次試驗中失敗了,完全是一場災難。 蛋糕味道非常好,因為它們來自一個很好的食譜,然而,我不知道為什麼所有的手指餅最後漂浮在提拉米蘇的表面,它們看起來應該像一件藝術品(與食譜的照片相同)給人留下深刻印象 才對,但事實他們看起來像一堆...(請加一點想象力)
這正是多年前我在FB開始寫「烘焙筆記」之前的歷史。
我為自己感到驕傲,這些年來我熱情洋溢,我在蛋糕和麵包上花了很多心神,從中我學到了很多東西。 我從一個每次打蛋白都會一池死水的地方起步,現在我可以把homemade蛋糕作為禮物送給我的朋友或家人。 我不能說我現在擅長製作蛋糕,因為沒有任何一款是我做得特別好的(尤其是戚風,到現在仍然有障礙),不過至少我可以說我對懂一點點蛋糕。
