Congratulations to Taiwan’s Ministry of Culture and Fulbright Taiwan upon signing a new memorandum of understanding (MoU) to promote U.S.-Taiwan exchanges in arts and culture! This agreement will provide grants for Taiwan art professionals to conduct short-term exchange projects in the United States in the areas of Arts Administration, Policy Research and Development, International Marketing, and Copyright Policy Studies. At the signing ceremony, Cloud Gate founder Lin Hwai-Ming shared his experience as a Fulbright scholar in New York and gave valuable advice to the future Fulbright grantees.
