茉莉小吃店
這間五十年切仔麵跟紅肉的老字號，一碗清甜湯頭的切仔麵，讓我從小吃到長大後每次出差回來都要去報到。
豬大骨清湯與蔬果的熬煮，需用上心才能有如此清甜透徹的湯底。簡單樸實，剛好補足能量的份量，加上顆糖心蛋，十分的暖胃不油膩。
有肥有瘦招牌的紅肉，可以按自己的喜好選擇，帶著古早味的香氣的酥脆，這一麵一菜，滿足！
原先的阿婆因腿傷，現在退休傳承給她的女兒，而她們的親切感依然不變，也是讓我覺得這間小店一直讓人喜愛的原因，她們總是笑臉迎人，在這緊張的社會環境下給了一點舒緩的空間。

Taipei (Beitou) Molly’s Noodle
The old noodle stall has been in the same place for 50 years, I myself is one of the most loyal customer.
The Soup noodle and red-yeast pork have become my must-eat each time travelling back to Taiwan.
The soup is boiled with big bones and vegetables, it takes hours to make it so sweet and flavorful. It’s just so simple and nutritious, which provide energy to your body and soul. Order an extra soft-boiled egg, it’s definitely a comfort food to me.
You can choose how you’d like to have your red-yeast pork, all lean meat or with some fat. The very traditional flavor of the soup noodle and pork dish is really satisfying.
The owner was retired because of a health issue with her leg, now this noodle stall is passed on to her daughter. The smiles on their faces are also so comforting like their foods. Aren’t these simply what we need after a stressful day?
Location: The 2nd floor of Beitou market. You can easily see it right in the corner of the drive way.
