【サーモンとアボカドの冷製パスタ】
8月に入り夏のイベントの真っ盛りですが、いかがお過ごしでしょうか？
今回は、〝夏に食べたい冷たいパスタ〟の第二弾！栄養満点で夏にピッタリの『サーモンとアボカドの冷製パスタ』を紹介したいと思います。
写真の通り、サーモンとアボカドをたっぷり使って、シンプルであっさりとしたさわやかなレモン風味に仕上げました。
私、サーモンとアボカドの組み合わせに目がないので、ついついメガ盛りにしてしまいましたが、最後まで飽きないスッキリした後味もイチオシポイント！

〈材料〉
パスタ (3分早茹でタイプ) 200g
サーモン 40〜60g
アボカド 1/2個
玉ねぎ 1/4個
☆オリーブオイル 大さじ1
☆レモン汁 大さじ1
☆にんにくチューブ 小さじ1/2
☆塩 適量
☆ブラックペッパー 適量

This time, I would like to introduce the second piece of cold pasta I want to eat in the summer "cold pasta of salmon and avocado".
As you can see, I used plenty of salmon and avocado to make it simple and crispy lemon flavor.
Since I have no eyes on the combination of salmon and avocado, I made it a heap of mega, but the refreshing aftertaste that does not get bored till the end is also the best!

Pasta (3 minutes early boiled) 200 g
Salmon 40 - 60 g
1/2 avocado
1/2 onion
☆ 1 tbsp olive oil
☆ 1 tbsp lemon juice
☆ 1/2 tsp garlic
☆ salt as needed
☆ Black Pepper As needed
