Earlier this summer we took in our first batch of interns: four talented college students. Over the course of eight weeks, they got hands-on experience in podcasting. (This wasn’t just helping Ghost Island Media shows, they got to produce their own unique podcast episodes!)
The task was simple: create two episodes on your own. Each person practiced how to pitch, plan, book guests, record, edit, and promote. We were completely blown away by the result. Their creativity, ambition, their unique voice, and the ease with which they picked up this medium were incredibly inspiring for all of us on the team. Listen in on “In Training” to hear the voice of the new generation of Taiwan.
We’re happy to announce that our internship program, “In Training” will be a regular thing.
