It's not easy being a vegetarian in Tokyo! Finding vegetarian ramen is particularly tricky, because the soup usually contains dashi (fish stock) or meat broth. The veggie ramen at Chabuton in Akihabara is completely vegetarian (I think it's probably vegan too)and doesn't contain any dashi or meat or fish stock. They also serve vegetarian gyoza, which are also pretty rare, as well as regular meat ramen and gyoza, so it was perfect for us!
You order at a vending machine outside the restaurant, which is on the 8th floor of the Yodobashi Camera in Akihabara, right by the station. It's really cheap, and the food was excellent quality - I'd definitely recommend it!
