啱啱去咗歐洲三個禮拜過聖誕。第一站我哋就去咗捷克嘅布拉格。今集就整一個喺中歐國家好常食到嘅菜式。
Just got back from a Euro trip. Our plane landed in Germany and our first proper stop was Prague in Czech Republic. The dish that I'll be making today is very common in those area: Schnitzel mit Kartoffelsalat (German Potato Salad).
二人份量 For two people
酥炸肉扒材料/For the Schnitzel:
去骨豬扒(或牛仔肉)兩塊 - Two pieces of pork loin (or veal)
麵粉 - Plain Flour
雞蛋兩隻 - 2 eggs
麵包糠 - Breadcrumbs
鹽少量 - pinch of salt
黑胡椒粉少量 - pinch of black pepper
德國薯仔沙律/For the Potato Salad:
馬鈴薯400克 - 400g of potatoes
洋蔥半個 - half an onion
煙肉兩塊 - 2 rashers of bacon
細蔥10條 - 10 chives
蛋黃醬兩湯匙 - 2tbsp of mayonnaise
法式芥辣一湯匙 - 1tbsp of dijon mustard
鹽半茶匙 - half a tsp of salt
胡椒粉半茶匙 - half a tsp of black pepper
砂糖半茶匙 - half a tsp of sugar
白醋兩茶匙 - 2tsp of vinegar
