【ごま油しらす丼】
今日は、料理が面倒な日のお助けレシピの『ごま油しらす丼』を作りました！これただのせるだけなのに何でこんなに美味しいのってなると思います。
全部のっけるだから疲れていても作れる！特に暑くなってくると料理が大変なので今日はもう面倒くさいと思った日にはしらすを買って帰って、和で食べたい時はわさびで、ピリ辛にしたい時は豆板醤でお試しください！！
薬味系はあったほうがやっぱり美味しいですが、切るのも面倒な時は適当に省いてできる範囲で♪
〈材料〉
温かいご飯 一人分
しらす 3つかみ
大葉 5枚
刻みねぎと海苔 お好みの量
卵黄 1個
☆ごま油 大さじ1/3
☆めんつゆ 大さじ1(4倍濃縮)
☆わさびor豆板醤 お好みの量
