Resepi Popia Pisang Dengan Coklat & Cheese 'Meleleh Ketagih'
Bahan-bahan (Popia Pisang)
Pisang (secukupnya)
Kulit popia
Minyak masak (secukupnya)
1/2 sb gula perang
Air (secukupnya)
Bahan-bahan (Topping)
100 gm coklat susu
80 ml krim putar bukan tenusu
2 sb mentega
cip coklat (mengikut kesukaan)
keju cheddar (mengikut kesukaan)
Cara memasak
1. Potong pisang kepada 4 bahagian dan ketepikan.
2. Koyakkan kulit popia satu per satu dan letakkan pada permukaan rata.
3. Letakkan pisang di tengah-tengah kulit popia.
4. Taburkan sedikit gula perang di atas pisang.
5. Lipatkan bahagian bucu belakang, bucu kiri dan kanan.
6. Gulung kemas dan gamkan kulit popia dengan air.
7. Panaskan minyak dan goreng popia pisang sehingga keperang-perangan.
8. Topping: Dengan menggunakan kaedah double boil, cairkan coklat susu sehingga larut.
9. Masukkan mentega dan krim putar bukan tenusu. Masak sehingga sebati.
10. Tuangkan topping tersebut ke atas permukaan popia pisang bersama taburan keju cheddar dan cip coklat.
11. Popia pisang coklat leleh siap untuk dihidangkan.

Banana Spring Rolls Recipe With Melted Chocolate & Cheese Topping
Ingredients (Banana Spring Rolls)
bananas (as needed)
spring roll skin
cooking oil (as needed)
1/2 tbsp of brown sugar
water (as needed)
Ingredients (Topping)
100 gm milk chocolate
80 ml non-dairy whipping cream
2 tbsp of butter
chocolate chips (optional)
cheddar cheese (optional)
Cooking methods
1. Slice banana into 4 slices and set aside.
2. Tear one by one spring roll skin and lay them on a flat surface.
3. Put sliced banana at the center of spring roll skin.
4. Sprinkle with brown sugar on top of banana.
5. Fold the back edge, left and right edges.
6. Roll neatly and glue them with water.
7. Heat up cooking oil and fried them until golden brown.
8. Topping: Using double boil method, melt milk chocolate until dissolve.
9. Add in butter and non-dairy whipping cream. Cook until well combine.
10. Pour the topping on top of banana spring roll with sprinkle grated cheddar cheese and chocolate chips.
11. Melt chocolate banana spring roll is ready to be served.
