Resepi Kek Keju Tom & Jerry
Bahan-Bahan (Coklat Luar)
180 gm coklat putih
1 sk pewarna makanan kuning
Bahan-Bahan (Krim Keju)
180 gm krim keju
45 gm gula
1 sk serbuk gelatin
2 sb air panas
160 gm krim putar tenusu
70 gm coklat gelap (dicairkan)
70 gm biskut Oreo (dihancurkan)
Acuan silikon kek keju
Cara Memasak
1. Panaskan coklat putih menggunakan teknik double boil hingga betul-betul cair. Masukkan pewarna makanan kuning dan gaul hingga sebati.
2. Bila coklat kuning sudah menjadi suam, masukkan dua sudu besar coklat ke dalam acuan silikon. Ratakan ke semua bahagian acuan.
3. Tidak perlu terlalu nipis atau tebal (agak-agak sahaja). Kemudian, bekukan sebentar dalam peti sejuk.
4. Seterusnya, pukul krim keju hingga lembut. Kemudian, masukkan gula dan larutan gelatin. Teruskan memukul sehingga sebati.
5. Pukul krim putar tenusu dalam bekas yang lain sehingga kental.
6. Masukkan krim putar tenusu tadi ke dalam campuran krim keju. Dengan teknik kaup-balik, gaulkan campuran hingga sebati.
7. Sediakan satu mangkuk coklat gelap cair dan satu mangkuk biskut Oreo yang telah dihancurkan.
8. Bahagikan campuran krim keju ke dalam dua mangkuk tadi. Gaul rata kedua-dua campuran.
9. Keluarkan acuan daripada peti sejuk dan masukkan tiga sudu besar campuran Oreo ke dalamnya.
10. Kemudian, tambahkan dua sudu besar campuran coklat gelap ke atas lapisan campuran Oreo. Ratakan dan sejukkan di dalam peti sejuk.
11. Selepas 4 jam, keluarkan kek keju daripada acuan dengan berhati-hati. Kek 'Tom & Jerry' siap untuk dihidangkan.

Cheesecake Tom & Jerry Recipe
Ingredients (Outer Chocolate)
180 gm white chocolate
1 tsp of yellow food coloring
Ingredients (Cream Cheese)
180 gm cream cheese
45 gm sugar
1 tsp of gelatin powder
2 tbsp of hot water
160 gm dairy whipping cream
70 gm dark chocolate (melted)
70 gm Oreo biscuits (crushed)
Cheesecake silicone mold
Cooking Methods
1. Heat white chocolate using double boil method until fully melted. Add in yellow food coloring and mix them well.
2. When yellow chocolate is warm enough, put two tablespoons of the chocolate in a silicone mold and spread it around, making sure all sides are covered.
3. Somewhat not too thin and not too thick. Then, freeze briefly inside the refrigerator.
4. Next, beat cream cheese until soft. Then, add in sugar and melted gelatin. Continue to beat them until well-combined.
5. Beat dairy whipping cream inside another container until thicken.
6. Mix dairy whipped cream with cream cheese mixture. Use folding-technique over the mixture until well incorporated.
7. Prepare one bowl of melted dark chocolate and one bowl of crushed Oreo biscuits.
8. Divide cream cheese mixture into two bowls earlier. Then, stir them until well-combined.
9. Remove mold from the refrigerator and put in three tablespoons of Oreo mixture.
10. Then, add two tablespoons of dark chocolate mixture over the Oreo mixture layer. Flatten and refrigerate.
11. After 4 hours, carefully unmold the cheesecake and it is ready to be served.
