We had Panda Bento at Ueno Zoo in Tokyo. It was very cute and looked very easy to make, so we tried to recreate it at home 🐼 If you cannot get the bamboo skin wrapping sheet, you can of course put it in a Bento box. I did so, too for kids' school lunch 😉

To use, soak the Bamboo Sheet 2~3 hours in advance to make it soft. Rinse and wipe off any extra water before you use. Peel off 5mm-wide bamboo string to tie up the wrapped Bento.

春天的鮮豆脆嫩新鮮,含豐富蛋白質。

Ingredients:
2-3 green asparagus
50g string beans
50g sweet pea pods
20g white Dutch Runner Bean
20g broad Bean
20g lima Bean
20g green soybean
20g garden pea
20g snap Bean
Appropriate amount of small onion
Appropriate amount of parmesan cheese
black pepper a little
salt a little
-----------------------------------------------
食材:
綠蘆筍 2~3支
四季豆 50g
紅白花豆 20g
毛豆仁 20g
蠶豆 20g
皇帝豆 20g
碗豆仁 20g
敏豆 20g
四季豆 20g
甜碗豆夾 50g
義大利乾酪 適量
小洋蔥 適量
鹽 少許
黑胡椒 少許
步驟 :
1.不易熟的大顆豆仁先川燙
2.之後再將蘆筍切小段,豆莢切小段川燙
3.鍋中加入一匙橄欖油加入小洋蔥爆香,將蔬菜稍微煮熟保留口感後盛盤,將爆香的橄欖油淋在燙好的蔬菜上,加一點鹽、胡椒,將起司切片刮片放在蔬菜上。
