How is it really like working as a hawker? To find out, I went down to one of Singapore's most famous hawker centre, Newton Food Centre, and worked as a hawker assistant. China Town has two popular hawker centre: Maxwell and China Town Complex. But did you know there is another hawker centre popular among the locals? It is called Hong Lim Market & Food Centre and it's actually pretty near the MRT station. My viewers told me I had to visit there, so here I am. Is the food really good? Is it worth visiting?
