Animated show coming!
The other Vampire Survivors news we wanted to share is that we are working on
an animated series! If you had told me this a year ago, I wouldn't have
believed you. I still don't believe you, but it's actually happening.
Because we're a small company and barely have any idea about how to make
games, not to mention TV shows, we are partnering up with a company called
Story Kitchen (their team includes Derek Kolstad, who is the writer/creator
of John Wick, and Dmitri M. Johnson, who produced the Sonic films) to make
the Vampire Survivors show.
As we all know, the most important thing in Vampire Survivors has always been
the story, so we are very excited for this and we hope you are too! It’s
still early days for the show, but I can already say that we will be involved
so that we can ensure it doesn’t have any vampires (probably) and they will
only cast the finest garlic (will work with the world’s best garlic producers)
.

今天看到這個消息有點驚到，一半是驚喜，也有一半是驚嚇。
然後我就跑去查惹一下 Story Kitchen 這家公司網站（https://story-kitchen.com/）
發現毫無資訊，只有一張圖。
有種……呃，說不出來地怪。
但我沒接觸過影集、動畫產業，說不定這是常態吧？大概是我太杞人憂天惹。
雖然那句
「the most important thing in Vampire Survivors has always been the story」
也是讓我有點問號就是惹。

補一下《吸血鬼倖存者》的故事，來自 Deadline 那份報導（連結在上面）：
The game is set in 2021 in rural Italy. “There lived an evil person named
Bisconte Draculó, whose many evil magics created a bad world filled with
famine and suffering. It's now up to the members of the Belpaese Family to
end his reign of terror and return good food to the table,” reads the
official description.
遊戲設定在2021年的義大利鄉村。
官方描述中寫道：「一個名叫 Bisconte Draculó 的壞人住在那裡，
並且他用他的邪惡魔法創造了一個充滿饑荒和苦難的糟糕世界。

成員又不到 10 人，
嗯……算惹，不了解那個業界還是別隨便評論好惹。
