【鮭フレークとほうれん草のクリームパスタ】
今日は、フライパン１つで『鮭とほうれん草のクリームパスタ』を作りました。
鮭フレークの瓶詰めを使うのでかなり簡単でかなり時短のレシピです。
材料もお手軽なものばかりで、フライパン１つなので、洗い物が少なくて楽ちん！
生クリーム不要ですが、しっかり濃厚で旨味たっぷりのクリームソースに仕上がります。

〈材料〉
パスタ 100g
鮭フレーク 30g
ほうれん草 3束
牛乳 250cc
水 100cc〜
バター 10g
小麦粉 大さじ2
コンソメキューブ 1個
粉チーズ 大さじ1
塩・ブラックペッパー 適量

【Cream pasta with salmon and spinach】
Today, I made a cream pasta with salmon and spinach in one frying pan.
It is a fairly easy and fairly time-saving recipe because we use bottling of salmon flakes.
The ingredients are just handy, so there is only one frying pan, so there are few washes and it's easy!
It does not require fresh cream, but it is finished in a creamy sauce that is rich and delicious.
If there are salmon flakes in the refrigerator, please try for easy lunch!
〈INGREDIENT〉
100 g of pasta
Salmon flakes 30g
3 bunches of spinach
Milk 250cc
Water 100cc ~
Butter 10g
2 tbsp flour
Consomme cube 1 piece
1 tbsp Powder cheese
Salt and black pepper
