Not too sweet, crispy edge and chewy middle chocolate in every bite and you don't need any extra chocolate ber to exaggerate. This is by far the best version of chocolate chip cookies I came up to. No complicated steps "straight forward chocolate chip cookies" on it's best.
here is the recipe: makes 6 jumbo cookies
all-purpose flour 150 g(1 cup)
baking soda ½ tsp
brown sugar 85 g (½ cup)
white sugar 48 g(¼ cup)
1 egg
salt ½ tsp
vanilla extract 1tsp
butter 113 g(½ cup)
milk 2 tbsp
semi-sweet chocolate chips 170 g (1 cup)
TIPS: roll the cookie dough into ball shapes to get better-looking cookies.
