Bahan-bahan Adunan Brownies
85 gm mentega
170 gm coklat masakan
2 biji telur
140 gm gula kastor
1 sk esen vanila
¼ sk garam
100 gm tepung
¼ sk serbuk penaik
¼ cwn serbuk koko
45 gm cip coklat
Bahan-bahan Chocolate Ganache & Hiasan
70 gm whipping cream (dairy)
70 gm coklat masakan
Badam (dipanggang)
Cara memasak
1. Cairkan bahan mentega dan coklat masakan dengan kaedah double boil,
kacau rata dan letak tepi sementara.
2. Dalam sebuah mangkuk, masukkan kesemua telur, gula kastor, esen vanila dan garam. Pukul sebati. Kemudian campurkan adunan ini dengan campuran coklat dan mentega tadi. Kacau rata sehingga semua campuran sebati.
3. Ayak tepung, serbuk penaik dan koko ke dalam adunan sedikit demi sedikit. Kacau rata kesemua bahan dengan cermat sehingga sebati.
4. Campurkan coklat cip dan kacau rata.
5. Sediakan loyang bersaiz 7 inci yang telah disapukan mentega dan letakkan kertas minyak. Tuang adunan kek kedalam loyang dengan kemas dan berhati hati.
6. Panaskan oven pada suhu 160°c selama 15 minit. Bakar kek pada suhu 160°C selama 30 minit.
7. Untuk chocolate ganache, dengan kaedah double boil, didihkan whipping cream dan masukkan coklat masakan dan mentega, kacau sehingga sebati.
8. Taburkan badam panggang dan cip coklat sebagai hiasan. Siap untuk dihidangkan.

Brownies Ingredients
85 gm butter
170 gm cooking chocolate
2 nos egg
140 gm castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
¼ tsp salt
100 gm flour
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ cup cocoa powder
45 gm chocolate chip
Chocolate Ganache & Topping Ingredients
70 gm whipping cream (dairy)
70 gm cooking chocolate
Almond (roasted)
Cooking methods
1. By using double boil technique, melt the butter and cooking chocolate. Put aside.
2. In a bowl, add egg, castor sugar, essence vanilla and salt. Whisk by hand until smooth. Then, combine the ingredients with melted butter and chocolate. Whisk until the batter mix well and smooth.
3. Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder carefully, add into the cake batter little by little and stir carefully by using rubber spatula until all ingredients well combined.
4. Add the chocolate chip and fold carefully.
5. Prepare a 7-inch square baking tray and grease with the butter and put the parchment paper.
6. Preheat oven at 160°C for 15 minutes. Next, pour the brownies batter carefully and bake at 160°C for 30 minutes.
7. For the chocolate ganache, by using double boil method, simmer the whipping cream and then, add the cooking chocolate and butter and whisk until smooth.
8. Decorate the brownies with the chocolate ganache and roasted almond depends on your creativity. Brownies ready to serve, bonne appetite.
