材料:
砂糖 1.5 tbsp,蒜蓉 1/2 tbsp,蔥花 1/2 tbsp,生抽 2 tbsp,梅汁 1 tbsp,豬肩肉 200g,味醂 2 tbsp

幼麵,泡菜,熟雞蛋 1/2,麻油,芝麻
做法:
1. 將砂糖,蒜蓉,蔥花,生抽,梅汁,味醂拌勻,醃豬肩肉
2. 煎炒至香口
3. 將砂糖,辣椒粉,泡菜汁,辣椒醬,辣味吞拿魚,味醂拌勻
4. 在幼麵上加上泡菜,醬汁,拌勻
5. 在拌麵上加上炒豬肉,熟雞蛋,麻油,芝麻

- Pork Bulgogi: 1.5 Tbsp Sugar, 0.5 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 0.5 Tbsp Minced Scallions, 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Plum Extract, 200g Pork Shoulder, 2 Tbsp Mirin
- Spicy Tuna Noodles: 1.5 Tbsp Sugar, 1.5 Tbsp Red Pepper Powder, 3 Tbsp Kimchi Juice, 2 Tbsp Vinegary Red Pepper Paste, 4 Tbsp Spicy Tuna, 3 Tbsp Mirin, Thin Noodles, 1 Handful Kimchi
- Garnish: Sesame Oil, Sesame Seeds
▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix 1.5 Tbsp sugar, 0.5 Tbsp minced garlic, 0.5 Tbsp minced scallions, 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp plum extract, 200g pork shoulder and 2 Tbsp Mirin.
(Mirin contains 14% of alcohol which will get rid of meat odors. Natural amino acid will make the meat tender.)
2. Add oil to pan and cook seasoned meat.
3. Mix 1.5 Tbsp sugar, 1.5 Tbsp red pepper powder, 3 Tbsp Kimchi juice, 2 Tbsp vinegary red pepper paste, 4 Tbsp canned spicy tuna and 3 Tbsp Mirin to make seasoning. (Add savoriness to your seasoning by adding Mirin to the mix. It will also help the seasoning to soak into the ingredients.)
4. Run boiled thin noodles through cold water and drain the water. Mix it with 1 handful of Kimchi and seasoning.
5. Place thin noodles on a dish with meat and 1/2 boiled egg. Garnish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
