Motherhood can be a tough and daunting journey. The challenges are new every single day and it is different for every body. I've realised that balancing work, being a mom, your post-partam body, battling your anxieties, working through your guilt, agonising over decisions (both big and small), operating on minimal sleep can sometimes take a toll.
As shared in this video, I was blessed with a smooth pregnancy and a relatively easy delivery. My biggest challenge came with breastfeeding (over-supply issues) but I had the best and most wonderful help from Yen from Madam Partam.
