Frozen fries
Pink Sea salt
Garlic powder
@liloikanbilis Premium Kombu powder
𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒑𝒔
1. Air fried the fries at 200 degree Celsius for 20 min.
2. Add fries into a ziploc bag together with salt, garlic powder & Kombu powder.
3. Shake it, shake it till fries are well coated.
4. Pour out & wala!

Ps: After taking picture, mama add in more Kombu powder & some cheese powder. Taste awesome!
*if you don't have a ziploc bag, just toss it in a deep bowl.

🚨VHC Shrimp & Pork Egg Rolls Recipe {chả giò}🚨
Servings: 50-55 egg rolls

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup dried, shredded wood ear mushrooms
• 1 cup bean thread vermicelli
• 2 cups shredded cabbage
• 2 carrots - shredded
• 20 peeled shrimps
• 1.5 lbs ground pork
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 1.5 tbsp granulated chicken base mix
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp black pepper - preferably fresh ground black pepper
• 1 egg or water - to seal egg rolls
• 50-55 egg roll wrappers
• Oil for frying
Optional:
2 green onion - chopped
5-6 pieces of cilantro - chopped
Extra shrimps to include in the egg rolls
Steps:
1. Soak wood ear mushrooms in warm water for 3-5 minutes. Rinse and drain. Chop into smaller pieces.
2. Cut bean thread into smaller pieces about 1-inch in length.
3. Shred cabbage and carrots.
4. Pound shrimp and chop into smaller pieces similar to the consistency of the ground pork.
5. If you want to include cilantro and green onions to the filling mixture, chop them into smaller sizes.
6. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, shrimp, carrots, cabbage, vermicelli, mushrooms, green onion and cilantro.
7. Add seasoning of granulated chicken mix, salt, sugar and fresh ground black pepper.
8. Using a glove, mix well until all ingredients are combined.
9. Roll each egg roll with 1 tbsp filling if you are not including the additional shrimp. If you are adding an additional shrimp per roll, use 1/2 tbsp of filling instead.
10. To seal the egg rolls, you can use one whole egg or water.
11. Place egg rolls on a plate and use a clear plastic wrapping to cover so it doesn’t dry out.
12. Fry egg rolls on medium-high heat until golden brown, remember to turn them occasionally so they can brown evenly.
13. Remove and place them in a bowl lined with paper towels to drain oil.
Note: How to keep extra in the freezer?
Fry them to a light golden brown. Allow them to cool completely before adding them to a freezer container or ziploc bag. Once you are ready to eat them, let them thaw at room temperature. Fry them until golden brown.

Japanese radish (non-spicy) recipe is the perfect compliment to any dish because it's salty-sweet, sour, and crunchy.
Use fresh Daikon when preparing pickles. I used purple Daikon which my daughter grew at kindergarten. You can use regular white Daikon radish, too.
You can keep it in the fridge for a week 😉

Japanese Pickled Daikon Radish (Tsukemono)
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 10min
Number of servings: N/A
Ingredients:
250g (9oz.) Daikon radish
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
salt
1.5inch (5cm) Kombu kelp https://amzn.to/3sUAEpR
Directions:
1. Wash and cut Daikon (with skin is ok) into 1/2 or 1/4 slices. Rub with 1/2 tsp. salt and leave for 20 min. Rinse and drain well.
2. In a sauce pan or microwave, heat vinegar, sugar and a pinch of salt mixture until it comes to a boil.
3. Wipe and clean dirts from Kombu kelp.
4. Put all the ingredients in a Ziploc bag and keep in the fridge overnight or more.

welcome to ep.2 of my Home cafe! ☕️ I made 3 super easy snoopy/charlie brown desserts and drink, perfect to enjoy in a chill afternoon at home. The Charlie Brown hot chocolate is actually inspired from the Charlie Brown iced chocolate we had in Busan's Whoever Cafe. For the muffin, you can also use cupcakes too. I chose to use the chocolate muffins I had at home, because the whipped cream and chocolate sauce can add more sweetness, and muffins are less sweet.🧁

♡ strawberry jam 草莓果醬
*my melted chocolate was piped with a ziploc bag
*add sugar when whipping the whipping cream to make cream thicker

【Ingredients】4.7inch (12cm)round Cake Pan
4 Oreo cookies
100g Cream cheese(room temperature)
20g granulated sugar
(adjust sweetness to your liking)
1 Egg(L)(room temperature)
50g Heavy Whipping cream
40g Dark chocolate
For Toppings :
Cocoa powder(as needed)
(When the cake is totally cool, sprinkle it if you like )
【Directions】
Preparations: Line the cake pan with parchment paper.
①Put oreo cookies in a Ziploc bag and crush well .
Push the crust down evenly so that the Oreo cookies sticks together.
②Place the heavy whipping cream and the chocolate in a bowl.
Heat in the microwave at 600w for 20-30sec and mix well.
Preheat the oven at 170°C.
③Place the cheese and sugar in a bowl, mix until smooth.
④Add the egg, mix well.
⑤Add step ① and Mix well.
⑥Pour into the mold.
⑦Bake it in the preheated oven 338 °F/170℃ for about 25 mins.
When the cake is cool enough, wrap it and put it in the fridge.
【材料】12cm丸型
オレオクッキー 4枚
クリームチーズ (室温) 100g
グラニュー糖 20g
(甘さは控えめですので調整してください)
卵(L) 1個 室温
生クリーム 50g
ビターチョコレート 40g
トッピング :
ココアパウダー(適量)
(完全に冷めてからお好みでかけてください )
【作り方】
準備:型にはクッキングシートを敷いておく。
①袋にオレオを入れて細かく砕いて、型の底に敷き詰めておく。
②ボウルに生クリームとチョコレートを入れて電子レンジ600wで20-30秒加熱してそのまま1-2分置いてから滑らかになるように混ぜる。
***気温が低いとチョコが溶けにくいので、溶け切らなかったら
湯せんにかけて(お湯の温度は50℃くらいで)溶かしてください。
オーブンを170℃に温め始める。
③ボウルにチーズを入れて砂糖を加えてクリーム状になるまでよく混ぜる。
④卵のカラザを取ってから加えてよく混ぜる。
⑤ここに①のチョコレートを加えてよく混ぜる。
⑥型に流しこむ。
⑦170℃に温まったオーブンで25分焼く。
粗熱が取れたらラップをして冷蔵庫で冷やす。
*オレオは間のクリームをそのまま使えばバターを入れなくても焼いた後も崩れません。ただし、丁寧にくだいてきっちり敷き詰めてください。オレオ要らないって人は省いちゃってください。
