Very happy to meet with Laurent Ponsot, the renowned winemaker, winery owner & Sherlock Holmes in Burgundy! Tried 6 different new vintages of Laurent Ponsot. He quitted working for his family Domaine Ponsot & started up his own winery with very futuristic wine label. He said it’s his new baby & he doesn’t wanna stay classic like the other labels. He is very humorous & said that he should be the oldest young winemaker! 2016 is his first vintage. I like his Meursault 2016 & Griotte Chambertin Grand Cru 2016 most, which r both very aromatic, elegant & complex. Why he’s named as Sherlock Holmes in Burgundy? He helped out FBI to arrest the renowned wine fraudster Rudy Kurniawan! So smart! 😎🍷

其後，他又再與《星際大戰》的原班人馬諾曼．雷諾茲（Norman Reynolds）和萊斯利．迪利（Leslie Dilley）參與了《法櫃奇兵》，並奪下奧斯卡獎殊榮。1984年，他又以《星際大戰六部曲：絕地大反攻》（Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi ,1983）提名奧斯卡。
