A champion on many levels, Muhammad Ali was born on this day in 1942. He was the boxing light-heavyweight gold medalist in the 1960 Olympics, and in 1964 won the world heavyweight boxing championship. Ali was stripped of his title in 1967 when he refused induction into the U.S. Army on religious grounds; the U.S. Supreme Court subsequently affirmed his right to object to military service based on those grounds. In the 1980s, Ali revealed he was suffering from Parkinson’s disease and used his public stature to raise awareness of the disease. Ali died in 2016. (Photo courtesy Library of Congress)

佢細個果陣同屋企人一齊搬左去英國第二大城市百明翰，16歲離家出走，18歲犯事坐監，受靶受左6個月，受靶期間佢係所有同囚之中體形最好最大隻嘅，所以亦啟發左佢日後嘅選擇左健美之路。
Dorain Yates響1983年正式開始健身，於1985至1991呢段期間響百明翰當地健美比賽贏得唔少獎項，建立起聲譽。
1991年正式向奧林匹克先生舞台進發，展開王者之路。
最後因為傷患被迫提早退役，職業生涯總計累積達15個賽事嘅冠軍同兩個亞軍
佢嘅精神係獨特嘅，佢一路以上走嚟唔同以往或者後來嘅其他王者同傳奇，佢一直都係孤身上路，無家庭朋友同後台嘅支持，響困境之中自己支撐住自己走到最高點。
亦唔喜歡任何社交應酬同以健身健美嚟賺錢，同對手們亦無交流，每一屆贏完奧林匹克先生大賽就即刻返英國百明翰閉關消失。

A sad time for the combat sports world losing Muhammad Ali, considered by many to be the greatest for so many reasons.
Ali had a show-time personality, dazzling footwork and great hand speed that combined to make him a champion like his sport had never seen. His career record was 56 victories, 37 of them by knockout, and five losses.
He held the world championship an unprecedented three different times.
As a boxer, he became The Greatest, though his most lasting victories happened outside the ring.
Ali leveraged his fame as a platform to promote peace, justice and humanitarian efforts around the world

Tiger Muay Thai fighter and 17 x Muay Thai, MMA, K1 and kickboxing champion Valentina Shevchenko is making her UFC debut at FOX UFC Fight Night: Dos Anjos vs. Cerrone 2 in Orlando, Florida United States on December 19th.
Shevchenko started training at age 5 and began competition at age 7.
Shevchenko(9-1) has been a member of our fight team for the last few years and has stepped up on short notice to take on #5 ranked bantamweight Sarah Kaufman(17-2). Kaufman is the former Strikeforce champion and has wins over Miesha Tate, Liz Carmouche and and Alexis Davis.
Headlining the card is the highly anticipated lightweight championship battle between Rafael dos Anjos and Donald Cerrone. Also on the card is #2 heavyweight Junior Dos Santos taking on Alistair Overeem and a lightweight battle between Nate Diaz and Michael Johnson.
