人的堕落 ,有时候就是从身材失控开始?
不运动不节食但不爆肥反弹???
是一个洗脑影片我重复很多重点记住你们就会瘦了
1. 汤要喝自己煲的最好
2. 不要和自己的人性做对
完全戒掉自己喜欢吃的尤其是淀粉类食物
爆食会找上你姨妈也会离家出走
3. 不熬夜比做运动更有效
运动量多的话很饿 有时候控制不好反而却会吃多了
4. 喝柠檬水
美白抗氧抗癌去脂你需要的它都给你
5. 饭后喝绿茶或黑咖啡
提高百分之4
消耗多60千大卡 不过姨妈期最好不要喝
6. 宿便一定要排
7. 高蛋白高蛋白高蛋白
蛋白质消耗的热量比一般食物来的多
比普通食物消耗多25 到35八仙
8. 一定要吃好能量早餐 ( 轻断食可以skip)
9. 多吃辣
因为辣椒素可以促进神经传导物质,促进肾上腺素的分泌,通过肾上腺素升温来促进脂肪燃烧 ,有利干脂肪分解
