昨天有官員指出會將MPF轉做年金派比大家。我借用股神巴菲特係2017年CNBC的訪問，他指出「30年按揭是最好的投資工具」。30年按揭就是1991年你用40萬買間三房之後月供2千，用Present Value借近40萬然後只應承還Future Value的2000蚊。雖之後面對加息期P+1%供到死死下。不過美國印銀紙令內含值大幅下滑，所以Future Value的2000蚊，其實好少錢。

諗sir細個街邊篤魚蛋一串只係1蚊或者個半，所以只要係低息環境下定額供，拎左間樓同租客既租值先，你基本上穩贏仲賺成間樓係手，因此"debt burden will be inflated away"。

「年金」就是「30年按揭工具」的反轉。既然我支持「30年按揭」，咁年金我自己唔做既。今時用Present value拎左你筆MPF，然後定額咁用Future Value去比$8000你。政府幫你諗埋，你做一隻專心食糧既豬，那很酷呢~

【認識全球最賺錢的投資方法（上）】

對投資略有認識的，相信都會聽過股神巴菲特（Warren Buffett）的名字，巴菲特就是美國著名投資者，是全球第二位最有錢的人。而在富豪榜中，絕大部分都是靠做生意致富的，而單憑投資致富的，就只有極少數。

--為何價值投資法值得學習？--

認識我的讀者網友都知我是巴菲特的粉絲，我所運用的方法是他所運用的價值投資法，即是視買股票如同買企業一樣，不理短期股價上落，並以長線投資，運用Buy and Hold的投資策略。為何世上這麼多投資方法，我只跟從巴菲特的方法呢？

答案十分簡單，因為他的方法令他成為有錢人！

其實這是一個很簡單的邏輯問題，若我們要做某事，就應該向一個已完成某事的人學習，若我想學踩單車，起碼都要跟一位懂踩單車的人學習；若我想學游水，當然會跟一位懂游水的人學習。

所以，若果我想憑投資賺大錢，當然會跟一位憑投資賺大錢的人學習，而最賺錢的一位就是巴菲特，這就是跟從他投資方法的原因。

--專家有錢嗎--

可惜的事，不少香港買股票的散戶只會用所謂專家、股評人、分析員的方法，他們所講的投資方法或許很動聽，但大家一定要小心分析，第一，他們是否有錢人，第二，他們是否憑他們所講的投資方法賺大錢。

因為他們所講的方法，很多時都只是聽起來有效，但可能只將好的結果給你看，壞的就不公開，又可能是剛巧遇著利好市況，而看似賺錢，但當遇上一些股市風暴，之前所賺的利潤就會全數報銷。相反，巴菲特憑他的方法，在股市賺了60年錢，經歷了各種大小危機，你說誰較可信？

--簡單最重要--

巴菲特曾表示，他的投資方法一點也不複雜，普通人都能掌握得到，而他更強調，簡單的方法比高深的方法來得更有效。

他視買股票如收購企業，不理短期股價走勢，不預測大市方向。只是買入優質股，長線投資，這就創造了巨大財富。因此，他的方法其實很簡單，大家都能學習，下次再詳細講述。
