中華民國童軍第11次全國大露營，於6/30(六)~7/6(五)在臺中市陸軍成功嶺營地舉行，睽違7年的全國大露營，號召12000名童軍，匯聚成功嶺，展現我國新世代童軍的熱情與活力。

Can't buy a mask to protect from COVID-19? Scouts are always prepared! Lionel, a scout in Hong Kong, shows how to use his neckerchief and a paper towel.

Many people infected with COVID-19 do not show symptoms - and could transmit the new coronavirus while speaking at close range, or sneezing, coughing.
Many studies point out that if everyone wears a surgical mask, this could provide up to 70% protection. This should be coupled with social distancing, and frequently washing hands with soap and water for 20 seconds.
There's a great shortage of masks, and health care workers and the most vulnerable should have priority. If you can't get a mask, there are many ways to make your own. You could fold a tee-shirt in half, and insert one or two sheets of kitchen roll/ tissue in the middle.
