全球年度最大巧克力與甜點盛會——巴黎巧克力大展 Salon du Chocolat 昨日在 Porte de Versailles 展覽館開幕。每年巧克力大展都有數百個來自世界各地的品牌參展，今年適逢其 25 周年慶，除了擴大舉辦，邀請全球五大洲來自超過 60 個國家、500 個攤商外，場內更同時舉辦許多大型活動與展覽，非常值得一觀。以下為大家整理今年的看點與趨勢，在巴黎的朋友不要錯過、不在巴黎的朋友也可以欣賞照片和說明神遊一番！

Salon du Chocolat, the world's largest event dedicated to chocolate, cocoa, and pastries is now held at Porte de Versailles, Paris. Hundreds of exhibitors join each year. While the Salon celebrates its 25th anniversary this year, more than 500 exhibitors from some 60 countries in 5 continents gather together. Lots of exhibitions, event, competitions are also live in the fair. I've listed some of the must-sees and trends the show discloses for your information in the post.
