Yay‼ 終於要離開印度了😆 這次跟表姐的大行李箱旅行才發現如果不是一路搭計程車，拖行李真的是惡夢啊～😂
吃了兩個禮拜的印度素，大便每天都黏答答的🤣 表姐說難怪他們需要用水洗便便🙊 上網發現纖維質過多就會產生這樣的便糞 💩 畢竟這次待的地方都是聖地，不能殺生🙏 不想念肉，但是想吃義大利麵🍝
另外瑜珈中心說咖啡跟茶不可以喝，肉桂茶才是正解🍵 結果喝了兩個禮拜的印度拉茶跟肉桂，搞到月經才停一個禮拜就又突發性的非經期出血...😑
我爸中醫理論是肉桂太燥熱，有微毒，尤其我涼性體質不能常吃，懷孕時也不能🚫 停止喝肉桂茶兩天，一切回覆正常😅 結論是我還是較相信我爸...😶

After two weeks of Indian curries + vegan diet & chai tea 🍵 I think I'm ready to have some pasta 🍝 😂
I felt bad for my cousin who had to drag her huge as suitcase through streets of India😅 This reminds me again of how nice it is to have a backpack🤣
Had too much chai and cinnamon too which lead to random spotting😕 It stopped once I stopped having chai tea...🍵 Glad to have dad in my life who told me my body doesn't suit it😖 Ah... Looking forward to some peace and quiet ✌️

忙しい平日の朝と違い休日の朝は家族が起きてくるまで、動画を作ったり、好きなYouTubeを見たり自分の時間として過ごしています🍀
