美國CDC的疫苗諮詢委員會ACIP經過一天半的討論，針對施打加強劑(booster)做出了投票。
高風險職業別這個選項沒有通過，包括醫護人員。美國醫護人員想打加強針還要再等等了。
機構或工作有較高感染風險者
CDC則有微調，針對以下四個族群討論並投票：
✅ 65歲以上長者及護理之家住民；
✅ 50~64歲，有慢性病因此有重症風險者；
✅ 18~49歲，有慢性病因此有重症風險者；
18~64歲，機構或工作有較高感染風險者，經過討論投票結果；未通過！
專家們最主要的爭論點，是在疫苗目前還是可以有效防重症。
目前主要問題是出在沒打疫苗的人，造成美國目前這波疫情。
但如果關注點放在加強劑，並沒有從根本解決問題。反而給人打疫苗是效力不足，需要再補強的印象。
