老師簡介：
泰雅族人。16歲時受兄長李盡孝(現為知名廣告導演)影響，開始醉心於爵士鼓，高中時曾加入復興高中軍樂隊及吉他社擔任鼓手。在台灣非主流音樂風起步時，曾以Baboo樂團，發行首張專輯。自2003年起成為Yamaha 樂器代言人，多次擔任新商品發表會、講座的主講人，精湛的示範技巧及具說服力的解說，深獲各界好評。至今與周杰倫、張惠妹、劉德華、孫燕姿等多位知名歌手合作過，所參與的演唱會及錄音作品更是不勝枚舉。

‧1967年 出生於台灣花蓮縣
‧1991年 與林暐哲、李欣芸、金木義則共組Baboo樂團
‧1993年 轉往唱片發展，擔任電影原聲和廣告幕後製作的打擊樂手。
‧1996年 開始自學拉丁打擊樂，成為國內拉丁打擊樂的先驅。
‧2002年 擔任果陀劇場「情盡夜上海」歌舞劇鼓手。
‧2003年 受邀擔任Yamaha爵士鼓代言人迄今。
‧2005年 擔任果陀劇場「跑路天使」歌舞劇鼓手。
‧2008年 擔任迪士尼「獅子王」音樂劇的打擊樂手。
‧2010年 擔任百老匯音樂劇「變身怪醫」的打擊樂手。
