Tuần trc 2 đứa tụ họp cùng một nhóm bạn để tạm biệt một anh bạn quay về Ấn Độ 😚 Ngồi uống bia nói chuyện đến tận nửa đêm, đói quá nên cả đám rủ nhau ra Chợ Đêm khu An Thượng xem có gì ăn không, cuối cùng chỉ còn mỗi hàng pizza mở 😶
2 đứa ăn thử Carbonara flatbread xem sao vì trc h chỉ thấy mì Ý thôi chứ ko biết nó lên kiểu pizza dư lào cả 😅 Bánh được anh bán hàng làm từ bột tươi ngay trước mắt, nướng lò điện nhưng vỏ phồng, mỏng, giòn nhẹ mà xém chút như làm lò củi 😳 Topping đơn giản thôi : hành tây, thịt hun khói giòn, trứng và phô mai. Bánh ăn rất tươi mà ngon, ngậy một chút của trứng và phô mai, mặn mặn thơm thơm của thịt hun khói. Một cái cho 2 ng ăn vừa đủ 135k khá là rẻ. Bạn của J gọi flatbread thịt heo cay ăn lạ mà cũng ngon phết đấy. 12h đêm rồi, ai mà nghĩ lại có đồ ăn ngon thế chứ 😶
Mấy đứa có gọi Sangria uống mà món này ở đây pha dở quá 😶

So last weekend, we went out with a group of friends to say goodbye to a friend cuz he'd go back to India after some time working in here. We drank beers until midnight, then we were all hungry, so we go to An Thuong night market to find some food. Unfortunately, all of the places were closed, except the this flatbread stand 😗
Oh well, we tried the Carbonara flatbread, cuz we've only knew how it tasted with pasta, not on pizza ever 😶 The dough was freshly made in front of us, then baked in an electric oven, but the crust was fluffy, thin, slightly crunchy and burnt like it was baked in a wood oven 😳 Simple toppings : white onions, bacon crumbles, egg, cheese. It was scrumptious and fresh, rich from egg and cheese, lil bit salty and smoky from bacon crumbles. One for 2 person was 135k, really nice. J's friends ordered a Spiced Pork, weird but good too. Who could possibly think that you can find sth that tasty in here at 12 😅
We had some Sangria too but it was so bad tho 😶
