Look Back to May & June 2019🇨🇳🇹🇼
.
Another road trip was happened on May. @timothyma___ , @dchantie , @mitsuru_wakabayashi , @miranowt and me went to explore the areas in Zhangjiajie and Guizhou. To be honest, I really love the summer vibes in Zhangjiajie even though I have been there on winter. During Guizhou’s trip, we’re so impressed by the view of Miao village and Fanjingshan. Nevertheless, the architecture in Guizhou city is also amazing.
.
After that, Visiting in Chongqing is separated trip apart from Guizhou’s one with @_ye.0. We mainly explored the urban scenes between the modern architecture and old one there.
.
The most exciting trip was about the trip in Taiwan with @shangrilahotels with @dchantie That was my first time to visit there although Hong Kong is convenient to get there. Special thanks to @s.yin.h and @hzy.s for the help and answering all my questions about Traveling in Taiwan as well as @keiko_life_style and @effi_hsintzu for the modelling.

步驟3:從賣方獲得公司成立證書和正式文件,如果土地所有人是法人,則買方必須獲得;

Cambodia Land Transfer Property Rights Procedure
11/28/2019
To complete the ownership transfer process, there are specific steps to follow, documents need to be obtained and necessary consultations with the relevant agencies are required.
Step 1: Verify the Land Ownership Certificate with the Land Office of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC) to check if there are any claims for debt or other property claims. This process requires that the buyer must obtain the original certificate of ownership from the seller to verify their true ownership. The buyer will then verify the title certificate through the MLMUPC's Land Office, which will notify the buyer of any liens (debt), mortgage or other requirements for the property. Relevant government agency: MLMUPC's Land Office Estimated completion time: Approximately 10 days (should be performed simultaneously with steps 2 and 3)
Step 2: To obtain information about the property, the buyer must obtain information about the property from the relevant Commune Council official. This involves the purchaser contacting the village head or commune council official where the property is located to obtain information about the land / property. In addition, a formal search of ownership should be conducted at the county / territory land office. Estimated completion time: approximately 10 days (suggested to be performed simultaneously with steps 1 and 3)
Step 3: Obtain a company establishment certificate and official documents from the seller. If the land owner is a legal person, the buyer must obtain it;
A copy of the ID of a shareholder or person acting on behalf of the company,
Certified / Notarized Copy of Seller's Company Registration Certificate issued by the Ministry of Commerce.
Any other official documents provided by the seller in connection with the company and the transaction.
All of these documents are required to verify the accuracy and identity of the company name displayed on the title certificate. Other documents are needed to prove the seller's authorization to transfer the property to the buyer.
Special Power of Attorney-A resolution signed by the company's board of directors authorizing a designated individual (the seller) to represent the company in the Land Office (MLMUPC). The power of attorney specifically states that the seller can make the resolution effective to transfer land ownership to the buyer.
Relevant government agency: Ministry of Commerce Estimated completion time: This process takes about 10 days (should be performed at the same time as steps 1 and 2)
Step 4: Apply for registration with the Regional Land Office (MLMUPC)-When buyers and sellers (whether individuals or companies) wish to complete a property transaction, they must go to the MLMUPC Regional Land Office to arrange for preparation and signing of relevant documents. The documents required for this step are the company's articles of association, the company's certificate of registration (obtained in step 3), and two types of authorization documents (obtained in step 3). When signing the contract, the seller must submit the original title certificate held by the seller to the regional land bureau in order to formally insert the name of the new owner on the document. Relevant government agency: MLMUPC Regional Land Bureau (Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction Ministry Regional Land Bureau) Estimated time to complete this step:

While on the hunt for the craziest Dessert in Macau (also known as Lava Toast). We stumbled across a mysterious treasure chest deep in the jungle of Coloane.
In this video we hiked from Hac Sa Beach all the way to Super Mario Cafe to try their very cool looking dessert called Lava Toast. We explored Hac Sa Village, went off the beaten path hiking through dense nature to discover a real treasure chest, hiked the tallest mountain in Coloane, Macau, explored a mountain temple, ate great Macau food at a local Cha Chaan Teng, did some urban exploration and ate some crazy Lava Toast!
All in all it was a pretty crazy travel adventure and a huge thank you to Nick for joining me, go give him a follow for more travel content:

I walked 100,000 steps in 24 hours and it was the hardest physically and mental challenge I have ever done!
I explored Macau on my 100,000 steps challenge, using my Garmin watch to record my steps. It works similarly to a fitbit, recording the amount of steps you do while walking.
I wanted to do this extreme adventure challenge to test my limits and see if I could walk 100,000 steps in a day.
As a challenge itself, it was very difficult but what made it harder was the fact that I filmed it all solo. I used my camera and tripod, carrying all my gear on my back for the 24 hour hiking challenge.
There were extreme highs and lows in this crazy travel experience however finishing it at 22 hours of walking was the most rewarding feeling in the world.
The distance of 100,000 steps is around 50 miles or 80km and I had never done anything close to that distance.
Many ultra marathons are 50 miles but I was only walking not running so it was not as bad as that! (perhaps next time I can try!)
I walked around Macau, exploring off the beaten path and discovering hidden gems all around the place. With this many steps to do I really could walk down every alleyway and street in Macau, exploring all the areas I had never travelled to before.
Macau is a great city for a challenge like this as I could explore so many different urban and natural environments, walking and hiking at the scenic Penha Hills for sunrise. When hiking off trail I even found 2 abandoned buildings that were awesome fun to explore.
I also walked past Ama Temple, the oldest temple in Macau at over 500 years old. The whole area around this Chinese temple is full of interesting history and a wonderful travel destination for things to do in Macau.
I walked down the red street, Senado Square, Hong Kung Temple and went to a secret travel destination called Sun Yat Sen Park. This park found on the border of Zhuhai offers great nature spots and very beautiful walks through greenery. It is certainly a hidden gem of Macau and worth travelling to or visiting when in Macau whether you live in Macau or are visiting on a Macau day trip from Hong Kong or China.
I then walked to Kun Iam Temple, exploring the ancient garden, off the beaten path and far from the crowds there are so many things to discover here it really makes for a great outdoor hiking adventure!
I walked over the Macau bridge to Taipa, exploring Old Taipa Village and then going back to the Grand Lisboa Hotel. Here back in Macau side you can find photogenic neon lit streets perfect for urban exploring or night photography.
Overall walking 100,000 steps in 1 day was an awesome adventure and a crazy travel challenge. Thank you to Garmin for recording all my steps!
I really hope you enjoyed this adventure video in Macau and if you would like to see more adventure vlogs like this one or more travel content in Macau, please let me know!
Thank you so much for watching this adventure challenge and I will see you in the next video!

Following old postcards of Macau, me and my friend explore the places that have changed the most over the last 100 years.
Macau was once a sleepy fishing village acting as a great port for trade into China. However over recent years it has seen drastic change becoming one of the richest places on the planet soon to take over Qatar in 2020 as the richest place in the world.
Macau has made it's money through gambling becoming a huge travel destination for Mainland Chinese to come on holiday or a day trip.
Bordering Zhuhai and neighbor to Hong Kong it is often overlooked and many people do not know the history of this amazing place.
Through these old postcard photos of Macau we hope to travel back in time and show you how much Macau, China has changed due to tourism and travel.
Exploring Macau through these postcards was a great travel adventure and really hope you enjoy this travel vlog in Macau.
We explored Fai Chi Kei, Green Island and Senado Square and it truly was a great adventure travel experience.
If you want to see another travel adventure in Macao please let me know and if you want more videos on the history of Macau.
Creating this adventure vlog in Macau was so much fun and I really hope you enjoyed.
Thank you for watching this adventure travel Macau vlog, I will see you in the next one!
